North Yorkshire based Chartered Accountants, Hunter Gee Holroyd were approached for advice by the office supplies business who were seeking to make an acquisition of a similar company in the local area. The shareholders wanted to ensure their business was capable of acquiring the business without having to raise external finance.

Cash Flow Analysis and Business Structure
